LOCATION AND OFFICE HOURS
The MUSC EAP main office is located at 51 Bee Street near the campus of the Medical University of South Carolina in downtown Charleston, SC. This setting provides the highest degree of confidentiality for employees and is easily accessible from West Ashley, James Island, Mount Pleasant and North Charleston. Free on-site parking is provided to all clients.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 6:30pm with after hour on-call services.
Contracted affiliate counselors who are fully vetted and trained by MUSC EAP are available throughout South Carolina.
Tele-communication counseling and management consultations are available by telephone or video-chat telehealth services via the highly confidential programs of Movi or Jabber. These services are helpful to those employees who live rural locations or have difficulty leaving their office during normal business hours.
